Screen capture is one of the best ways to add video content to your website because you do not have to show yourself on video like I do or make your video fancy. You just need to make the video to show someone how to do something they need to know.
Most of my videos here will have at least some screen capture on them. As my network ask questions on how to do something or what is the best thing to use, and it is easier to show someone than to tell them, I make a video on the topic and put it here.
